Danielle Flynn, Lead Wedding Coordinator
WPICC certified and in her second year with YFTD, Danielle is a true spitfire who knows how to hustle. With a background in marketing and experience as an event manager by day, she brings a strong mix of leadership, initiative, and creative thinking to every wedding she’s part of. Danielle is incredibly self-driven, thrives under pressure, and is always thinking three steps ahead - the kind of person who naturally takes charge, finds solutions quickly, and makes things happen behind the scenes without missing a beat.Kaitlyn Decaire, Lead Wedding Coordinator
Kait, aka the organization queen and social butterfly, spent years working weddings in Toronto - from coordination to the floral world - before making her way to the East Coast and quickly falling in love with the people and energy of weddings here. You will find Kait on your wedding day perfectly fluffing your napkins, tweaking florals by half an inch, and noticing the tiny details nobody else would ever catch.Katie Brooks, Lead Wedding Coordinator
Katie may be small, but she’s mighty - she’s smart, driven, always up for a challenge, and brings both calm and energy into every room she walks into. Currently completing her MBA, Katie has a very natural ability to jump in, figure things out quickly, and keep everything moving behind the scenes. WPIC certified and a proud member of the team for three seasons, Steph comes prepared for anything (with her trusty water bottle, fanny pack) as well as her military background that shows in her precision and calm under pressure. When she’s not running weddings, you’ll usually find her travelling the world - currently off on her latest adventure but forever part of the YFTD fam.
